Ingredients
Patties
¾ lb ground turkey
½ apple, diced
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried sage
½ tsp paprika powder
salt and ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Kale Salad
3 oz. kale, chopped or baby spinach
2 tsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
Yields: 2 servings
Instructions
Mix the turkey meat, apples, and spices in a bowl. Form into patties, two per serving.
Fry the patties in a skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side, on medium-high heat until cooked through.
While the patties are cooking, mix the greens, seeds, vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl.
Serve patties with the salad on the side.
