Morning Mindfulness to do Everyday

Starting your day with intention can change your life. Here are some tips to get started:

  • 5-10 minutes of stretching: get your blood flowing!

  • 4 minutes of breathwork: breathe in as deeply as possible, hold, exhale slowly and repeat

  • 3 minutes of silence and intention: What will you accomplish today? What can you control? What do you need to release?

  • 2 minutes of affirmation: "I am capable." "I am resilient." "I can adapt." "I am powerful beyond imagination."

  • 1 minute of joy: dance, sing, wiggle and shake!
